Jill Robb: co-owner of Origin Digital


Jill Robb is the co-owner of Origin Digital based in Belfast and Dublin, as well as an international speaker on all things digital. The pace of change in the world of technology means businesses of all shapes and sizes must fully integrate the digital and face-to-face experience for customers. Given her with significant experience as an entrepreneur, digital trainer and digital strategist, her expertise at global and local levels will bring a strategic marketing perspective of leading change to #L2G conference delegates. Tre Sheppard is the lead singer and songwriter for Onehundredhours, is an award winning music producer and is the CEO of Hope & Fury Records. The songs he has co-written and produced for artists worldwide enjoy millions of streams and plays on Spotify BBC Radio 1, NRK P3 and stations across America. He is also a champion for justice, equality, young people and fighting poverty. Tre co-founded the international youth leadership community organisation "The Factory”, helped to found the E3 Initiative fighting poverty and HIV in Africa and also serves as one of the senior leadership team of Causeway Coast Vineyard.

Fiona Bradley is the founder and Director of Fiona Bradley Training & Consultancy Limited and has developed organisational talent for the past seventeen years. Fiona has embraced change throughout her career moving through a variety of different sectors and roles. Fiona’s final transition was from employment to a client driven micro business is inspirational and will provide valuable insight to aspiring and fledgeling entrepreneurs.




Chief Superintendent Paula Hilman MBE has 32 years’ service with the Royal Ulster Constabulary George Cross and the Police Service of Northern Ireland and has served across a number of District and Departments as a Sergeant and Inspector.Paula’s services to policing and the community were recognised by Her Majesty the Queen in 2013 when she was awarded the MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list. Paula will talk about her 32 year journey in policing in Northern Ireland and share her thoughts about leadership and the importance of balance in personal, team and organisational leadership.
